Position Seeking:
Seeking a position of a Projects Manager in an international distinct firm where I
can assist in meeting the desired goals of the organization with my experience
and immense knowledge.
I am a Senior Architect with more than 10 years of international experience in
the field of the architectural & engineering consultancy services and projects
managements in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. My experience
covers wide range of design residential buildings, educational, universities,
hotels, retail & Industrial. In addition, I have strong knowledge of local building
regulations and frameworks, also international the building codes as IBC &
NFPA.

 Initiating & Business Developing: Preparing the technical &
financial proposals for new projects including the estimating
process for time, cost & fees. Leading the activists of
preparing the project proposal that include the development
of scope, functions, interrelationship, integration, physical
solution definition, preliminary cost estimate…etc.
 Communication: Liaising and coordinating between clients,
government authorities and MZECH Headquarter. Record the
minutes of meeting and distribute it as per the
communication plan for both meetings & workshops.

Managing the documents control system and projects
correspondence database.
 Execution: Represent the firms on presentations, technical
sessions, and workshops. Attend all workshops & meetings
during the project design lifecycle. Support on the preparing
design alternatives for the concepts phase. Manage the
submitting of the invoices, change orders and collecting
design fees from clients.
 Monitoring: Track the progress of running projects and
solving the bending issues. Supervise the work process for
designs, reports, correspondence and other works related to
A/E design services.
 Quality Control: Supervising the in-house printing, plotting &
deliverables of the submission and performing QA/QC
according to MZECHs’ policy. Assure the efficiency,
adequacy and conformance of overall objectives of design
phases.
