As an architect, and senior manager Luca continues a family tradition.
He brings 25 years of professional experience having designed and managed projects on three continents.

Ongoing, 2022 - A 4 story condo (12 residential units) + mixed-use, Industrial Design Museum in
Davenport Road, Toronto. Client: Mike Di Donato, FAEMA. Status: Schematic Design approved
by the Client. Cosentino Architects are currently applying for a building permit. Construction
Management Services provided by Luca: Luca is assisting the client in defining the development
which involves the partial demolition of an existing commercial building. Design Brief and scope

2021 - Detached house in Bearwood Drive. Extension and complete reconstruction of an existing

2016 - 2018 - Direttore Tecnico (Director of Architecture &
Engineering Department) for PROGER.
KAP3 Program for the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia. Buildings: 600+ (National Development Program).
The project scope involves architectural & engineering consultancy
services of design review, design development, and construction
supervision of some 600 sites (800 buildings) across Saudi Arabia for
the implementation of His Highness the King of Saudi Arabia's
Security Headquarters Development Project.
The buildings designed are predominantly college/university
