The Capital Gate feature tower flanks Abu Dhabi’s
historical Grandstand, one of the city’s cultural landmarks.
The feature tower acts as a dramatic termination to the
organic free-form stainless steel mesh canopy that forms
the Grandstand roof and provides a visual anchor for the
ADNEC Capital Centre Development as a whole within the
Abu Dhabi City Skyline. Phase 3- the Capital Gate feature
tower is now in construction. At 35 storeys high, it will offer
over 20,000 m2 of high quality offices and retail units as
well as Abu Dhabi’s first Hyatt hotel, ‘The Hyatt@Capital
Centre’. Standing at over 160m tall, the building has been
designed to be the landmark statement for the whole of the
ADNEC exhibition development.

an extremely high end building. The tower is a combination

The Capital Centre Hotel provides an iconic and intelligent
architectural solution for a 725 key, 5-star business hotel
located along the waterfront at the heart of the Capital
Centre District, Abu Dhabi. The project is a G+22 storey
development comprised of 702 hotel rooms and suites and
23 serviced apartments with private terraces. Its main
features include a 20 storey central atrium and podium
level containing a health club, pool and restaurants.

A Twin tower development located on the shores of the
Red Sea. This mixed-use development consists of two
residential towers of 61 and 69 storeys and a ten storey
office building all located above a retail mall. The V shaped
towers afford views to all apartments over the sea towards
the setting sun.

storey elegantly proportioned skyscraper, providing over

underground parking levels.

RMJM were commissioned to design two residential
buildings in The Greens. And the design provides mid-rise
apartment blocks defined by delicate detail, ornamentation
and symmetrical expressions inherent in Mediterranean
architecture. The accommodation is complemented by
leisure facilities such as swimming pool, children’s wading
pool, gymnasium, resort-style pool deck, barbeque areas
and a multi-purpose entertainment room.

RMJM were commissioned in 2009 to provide
Architectural, Structural and MEP Design Services for the
Al Rayyan Hills project. The Al Rayyan Hills Project is
located on the Faj Attan Hill and Phase 1 consists of 172
residential villas and one residential apartment block. The
site is located on an exclusive steep-sided plateau of
about 440000sqm located within Sana’a city limits. It is
approximately 200m higher than the surrounding areas
giving it an impressive panoramic view from all sides to
various sections of the Capital, Sana’a.

accommodates 1,600 students in a Pre-K through 12th
grade curriculum.

Phase 3- the Capital Gate feature tower is now in construction.
