Summary:
I am an Architect, who has contributed on urban level projects in mega cities, such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi,
Kabul and Karachi. Over the past 14 years I have worked on commercial, residential, mixed use and
healthcare projects including 45 story towers in Burj Khalifa Residences (Dubai) and Saraya Development
(Abu Dhabi). I have managed projects at all stages, from Design Development to Design Review from
Construction Documents to Construction Administration. Including writing and reviewing Project
Specifications, producing and processing Requests for proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and review of
shop drawings. My Primary strength lies in Healthcare planning, design development, construction documentation
and project co-ordination on complex Mixed-use developments & High Rise Structures (45 storey's), hotels and
hospital project.

2. Professional Experience:
Responsibilities include concept and detailed design of healthcare projects, coordination with engineering
consultants, monitoring the performance of the contractor(s) during execution to ensure compliance with
design, quality standards and expectations. Management of team deputed on projects of different scale
and type, project management for design phase, preparation of RFPs for selection of consultants and bid
evaluation. Responsibilities also include management of designs produced by consultants, designs reviews
and coordination with multi-disciplinary consultants, monitoring the performance of the consultant(s) to
ensure the Design correctness and completeness as well as compliance with the scope of work and code
requirements.

3. Responsibilities included design development of concept drawings for a variety of projects, ranging from
hotels to mixed use high rise building. Worked as team leader and managed team of architects and CAD
technicians. Coordination with multi-disciplinary consultants, technical coordination meetings, responded
to queries raised by the contractors during execution, review of shop drawings and material submittals
submitted by the contractor.

It is a 35 story Residential Tower located
at saraya, Abu Dhabi. Two basement

The total development is comprised of 4
residential blocks, Mosque, Festival
Building and Administration Building.
The Total Built Up Area of the

residential Block has two Basements
and Ground level dedicated for parking
with 284 nos. of parking spaces. There
are fifteen residential floors for each
block with 234 total numbers of
apartments.
