I'm professional architect & master planner with 20 years experience in architectural and urban Design & Real Estate
Development. My portfolio ranges between high-rise residential, hotels, commercial, mixed-use, gated communities,
business parks, educational institutes, waterfront developments & international marinas. My latest role was Senior
Development manager for Emaar Misr before joining Marceilia Investment Group as Head of Design & Development.
In addition to my B.Arch degree, I studied PM, buildings restoration & Real Estate development.

Managing Director & responsible for the design & development management, land acquisition, business case, feasibility
studies, RFPs & managing stakeholders for a diverse portfolio (worth over 3billion EGP) of resorts, residential towers, retail
outlets & hotels accentuated by “Hayat Alex Park” (340,000m2 GFA) a high-rise mixed use development located downtown

Oct 2010 till Sept 2015 – EMAAR MISR, Cairo Egypt: Title: Senior Development Manager, Reporting to Chief
Development Officer. Duties:
Development & Design management (land potential studies, technical & financial feasibility studies, space programs, RFPs,
managing stakeholders, technical review, budgets, time schedules, tenders evaluation, VE) in addition to planning &
supervising product life cycle from concept through branding, S&M, construction, fit-out till handover.
Achievements:
1- Marassi International Resort & marina: (6.4M m2 GLA, 2.4M m2 GFA) a resort on the Egyptian North Coast featuring
5.8km beachfront with 8,000+ estate villas, townhouses & apartments, an international marina, 30,000m2 commercial use,

to increase the GFA by 20% & obtained the relevant municipal authorities approvals accordingly. Completed the 1st outdoor
mall in Marassi (The Mporium, operational since summer 2014). Marassi 1st gated community (Verdi Village) featuring
20,000m2 swimmable lagoon. Marassi International Marina equipped with 300 Mediterranean slips, 200 dry stacking, 70
tons shiplift, 15,000m2 shipyard serving till 35m yachts in addition to a dock-master with crew lounge, clubhouse & pro-
shops. I retrieved 16,000m2 of marina water body to be converted to buildable land in the form of an island at the marina
center offering premium views to 40,000m2 GFA of high-end residential condos on it.
2- Emaar Misr Hospitality portfolio: finalized the Hospitality Development Strategy (including market study, diversity

handed over 3 residential towers (273 units) while achieved 15% cost saving during the construction through carrying VE
on, curtain-walling, MEP & mechanical ventilation & reducing facades precast cladding prototypes. I finalized the concept of
3 more residential towers (300 units), 4-star Vida hotel, 120 keys at the premium corner of the development + the concept of
Emaar Business Park featuring the community gateway & plaza. In response to the market downturn of 2008 & declined
sales rates, I capitalized on the commercial hub at the community gateway & accommodated “seeing is believing” strategy
