Challenge: Novartis needed a one-stop place where R&D, Marketing and
Sales employees around the globe could quickly access information and
expertise.

Solution: Following an extensive evaluation of available solutions, Novartis
selected AskMe for its industry-leading ability to find, access and manage
expertise (people + content + conversations) as a company asset with a
measurable ROI.

Results: 20% reduction in individual country team resources required

Challenge: With the combined challenge of long-tenured employees
reaching retirement age and an expanding number of programs / locations,
Boeing Commercial Airplanes needed a formal way to capture, document
and leverage employee expertise.

Solution: Boeing migrated from a static viewing solution to AskMe which
provided a means by which employee expertise associated with engineering
drawings could be captured and formally documented as best practices.

Results: The capture of best practices delivered $1M in savings for every
250 engineers.
