Work/life balance affects the attitude of employees towards an organization. Many employees today decide to resign or remain on the job due to the effects of their work on their personal lives.
Organizational culture has an important role in designing the working environment and its structure.
Organizational values shared among employees in the workplace have a powerful, direct effect on individual behavior and organizational productivity.,[object Object]
Problems with Hiring to Fit 	The lack of opinion, background, and perspective might occur when a group is too much alike.
