study they may not further increase crime in those areas but they do lead to a clustering of drug
offenses (Tita Ridgeway, 2007). Therefore, a cluster and outlier analysis (Anselin Local Morans I) was

and routine activities a central feature analysis was done to further explore if gang member locations
are associated with drug violation locations. Euclidean distance was utilized for this analysis as gang
members do not travel large distances and therefore are most likely on foot and not restricted to
roadways. Central feature was selected over mean center as gang members are more likely to work out
of their homes than any other offenders (Eck Gersh, 2000) so it was likely the central offense would
be very close or near the home of a known gang member. When broken down by year the central
features were stacked on top of each other with only the slightest variation as can be seen in figure 4.
Finally, a buffer will be placed around gang member locations to determine which drug violations are

I ve been on the record multiple times saying that I believe this album was better than TPAB and
should have won at least one Grammy. Unlike 4 Your Eyez Only , this was a concept album in which

where did this saying come from? In 1963 Ernesto Miranda a ninth grade dropout (PBS) was arrested
and charged with kidnaping, rape, and armed robbery. The police interrogated him for two hours.
During the question Miranda supposedly admitted to all the crimes. The police then used Miranda s
confession to convict him in court. While in prison Miranda appealed his case and eventually brought
it to the Supreme Court. The court ruled five to four in favor of Miranda. The Supreme Court was
correct in their ruling of Miranda v. Arizona, because the majority opinion correctly argued the fifth
and sixth amendments. The dissenting opinion arguments regarding the fifth and sixth amendments
were incorrect and in other cases involving due process this amendment was abused. In similar cases

progress in maintaining a GPA above 3.5, I will join Beta Gamma Sigma on Spring 2017 and remain
part of it until I graduate. In addition, I ll change my studying technique for exams and prepare a week

Materials and Methods Starting the experiment, 1.0184 g of aluminum pieces were weighed out on an
analytical balance. The aluminum was then placed in a 250 mL beaker containing 50.1 mL of 1.4M
potassium hydroxide. The solution was then heated on a hot plate set at 80ºC for approximately 35
minutes with a spin of 240 RPM. At the end of the 35 minutes, the solution has become black in color
and many of the pieces have broken down. The beaker was rinsed with 10 mL of distilled water after
the mixture was poured through the Büchner funnel of the aspirator. The filtrate was put into a clean
250 mL beaker to be added with 20.5 mL of 6.0M sulfuric acid, stirred slowly when added. The
reaction was then put into a 1L beaker ¾ full of ice and water to kick start the reaction into making the
alum crystals. The stirring rod was used to help activate the crystals. Once the making of the crystals
had finished, it was poured into the filtration apparatus to separate the crystals from the solution.
While the crystals were drying, the watch glass was weighed at 57.1161 g on the analytical balance.

One product, among many, being recycled has shown a huge increase in energy savings and costs, and that is aluminum. Using aluminum can pieces with KOH (potassium hydroxide) and other reactants will eventually lead to the production of alum. Materials and Methods Starting the experiment, 1.0184 g of aluminum pieces were weighed out on an analytical balance. The aluminum was then placed in a 250 mL beaker containing 50.1 mL of 1.4M potassium hydroxide. The solution was then heated on a hot plate set at 80ºC for approximately 35 minutes with a spin of 240 RPM. At the end of the 35 minutes, the solution has become black in color and many of the pieces have broken down. The beaker was rinsed with 10 mL of distilled water after the mixture was poured through the Büchner funnel of the aspirator. The filtrate was put into a clean 250 mL beaker to be added with 20.5 mL of 6.0M sulfuric acid, stirred slowly when added. The reaction was then put into a 1L beaker ¾ full of ice and water to kick start the reaction into making the alum crystals. The stirring rod was used to help activate the crystals. Once the making of the crystals had finished, it was poured into the filtration apparatus to separate the crystals from the solution.
