HIGH ENERGY EATING  Food  is  an  important  &  enjoyable  aspect  of  life, so  healthy  eating  is  most  vital  for  health, vitality,  zest  &   a  life  full  of  energy.   We  eat  approx.  50 - 90  tones  of  food  in  our  life  time  and  food   is  one  of  the   major  contributing  factor  to  the  quality  of  our  health. Foods  that provides  us  with  Life  Energy  are  “LIVE  FOOD”.  Food  that  diminish  our  life  energy  &  takes  us forward  ill  health  are  “DEAD  FOOD”.
Eat  live  food  and avoid  dead   food. For   better  digestion,  utilization,  assimilation. &  a  high  level of  life  energy, we need to increase eating quantity of “live food” & eat very minimum amount of “ dead food”  Increase Decrease Vegetables  & fruits,		                  Food, Fried Food, Dry  fruits  &  nuts	         		       Stale Food,  Cold-drinks, Milk  &  Milk Product.                           Sweets ,Chocolates. Pulses  &  Sprouts 		       	       Ice Cream	 Freshly  Cooked Food		       Pizza , Processed  food,         Non-Vegetarian  food.
