Meat Group <ul><li>Proteins helps your body build strong muscles and a healthy immune system. </li></ul><ul><li>Daily Intake: </li></ul><ul><li>-2-3 ounces of cooked lean meat, poultry, or fish. </li></ul><ul><li>-1/2 cup cooked or dry beans, 1 egg or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. </li></ul><ul><li>Containing a lot of iron and nutrients. </li></ul><ul><li>-Meat, Fish, Beans, Eggs, and Nuts. </li></ul>Quit

Dairy Group <ul><li>Helps build muscle and protein within your body. </li></ul><ul><li>Keeping a strong immune system, and strong bones. </li></ul><ul><li>Milk, Yogurt and Cheese. </li></ul><ul><li>Daily Intake: </li></ul><ul><li>-1 cup milk or yogurt </li></ul><ul><li>-1.5 ounces cheese </li></ul><ul><li>-2 ounces process cheese </li></ul>Quit

Vegetables <ul><li>Brings nutrients into the body to keep it strong and healthy. </li></ul><ul><li>Daily Intake: </li></ul><ul><li>-1 cup of raw leafy veggies, ½ cup of other cooked or raw veggies, ¾ cup veggie juice. </li></ul><ul><li>Consists of: </li></ul><ul><li>-Cucumbers, Carrots, Broccoli, Lettuce, Peppers, Onions, Etc. </li></ul>Quit

Fruits <ul><li>Helps keep your glucose level up, and brings energy to your system. </li></ul><ul><li>Consists of: </li></ul><ul><li>-Apples, Bananas, Oranges, Grapes, Tomatoes, Watermelon, Strawberries, Blueberries, Etc. </li></ul><ul><li>Daily Intake: </li></ul><ul><li>-1 medium apple, banana, or orange. ½ cup of chopped or cooked canned fruit, ¾ cup of fruit juice. </li></ul>Quit
