The documentary will focus on the mini-job program for students with learning difficulties or disabilities at City of Westminster College. It will be 8-10 minutes long and include interviews with students in the program about what they liked and learned, as well as staff explaining the mini-jobs and student experiences. The target audience is parents and others aged 12-35 to show work experience opportunities for those with difficulties and disabilities and that anyone can work. It will be filmed at City of Westminster College and Queen's Park Campus and include interviews with the Head of School Disabilities Support, Executive Secretariat, Head of Teaching and Training, Head of Learner Services, and students in the mini-job program.
