- What Is HC A cloud based digital hospital solution combined with a simple patient App. Together these two components parts make up Heraeus Care. Patient information is safe with our system, and we meet the highest European standards of Data protection The hospital system is a live tracking system, highlighting patient compliance throughout the process through a traffic light system The app is loaded with useful videos and information guiding patients through their care pathway. The Data is owned by the hospital and stored in a secure server in Germany and a back up system in Holland. The hospital will always own their own data.
- How does HC work? A complete pathway of care in digital format. Starts at preoperative with patient education and appointment bookings. From Anaesthetic pre assessment to what to do with your pets before surgery Through to day of surgery information (ie. time to stop medication; time to stop eating and drinking before the operation) Post operative discharge and instructions for mobilization, elevation, problem reporting Gathering of patient scoring data on the effectiveness of surgery and using the painscores and mobile data as an early detection system of possible complications. PROMS data is also gathered in this time for further analysis. All of these aspects are customizable to each Hospital and individual requirements.
