Skills and Experience: After 21 years of working in the health care industry, I had decided to expand my health care knowledge and work with the Epic program for the Cleveland Clinic. Not only did a colleague actually mention that I should become a trainer, but she went as far as too discuss creating a position strictly for an Epic support/trainer who would support several of the Cleveland Clinic Family Health Centers.
