Henry Monaco has over 5 years of experience in sports and event catering, concessions, and hospitality management. He has held several positions with increasing responsibility, including business manager for Pro Sports Catering where he handles finances and employee paperwork. Prior to this, he was the concessions supervisor for the Lakewood Blue Claws where he oversaw a 3rd base concession stand and 25+ gameday staff. Monaco earned a bachelor's degree in business management from DePaul University and holds food safety and alcohol server certifications.
