Executing and monitoring marketing promotions and advertising
campaigns for the brands and ensure restaurants are prepared and

Supervising the implementation of brands marketing programs which
effect brand image; maximize the profitability and sales figures.
Closely monitoring the utilization of the marketing materials inside the
stores.
Developing the local store marketing activities for the
underperforming restaurants according the traffic generators of the

coming brands.
Review the daily tracking results with the team to overcome any kind

Helping restaurants managers to be fully aware of their restaurant
trading zones through conducting surveys to build database about the
zones and to analyze their SWOT Analysis.
Ensures& monitor the availability of all marketing materials needed to
run all marketing programs , make sure of its accuracy , reports to HO
assistant marketing managers with new needs and ratios of consumption
Coordination with Warehouse, Purchasing, Operation, POS and
training that we are ready to start any campaign ( New Products ,
Promotions )
Participate in setting and developing the annual branch plans (sales
and New Opening with the restaurants operation director /managers.
Participate with branch GM in setting five years plan for the new
openings and Remodeling.
Participate with Financial Dept. in preparing the Feasibility study of
the new openings.
Preparing the international site approval packages for the new
opening of the year.
Contact with the international franchisor and follow up on a regular
basis to get the approval for the new sites.
4. Review the competitors to cover the competitor's activities showing
its direct impact on our restaurant business.
Reports and present marketing activities on a weekly and monthly
basis to cover competitor's activities.
Follow up the new trends in the markets which may affect the
advertising and promotion plans like new marketing tool in the branch
like lamppost and others.
Motivate and develop the existing marketing coordinator.
Negotiate with Mall Managers to use promotional tools inside the
malls in good prices.
Negotiate with Malls leasing managers to get the best rent price for
the new outlets.
Participate in relevant trade shows, Sales meetings,
Planning sessions, operations review meeting.
Set the marketing Strategies of each brand and prepare the
marketing plans.
Handling all Promotions and New Products campaign starting from
the pre study of it and the creative and the execution steps and after
that the evaluation of the Campaign.
Negotiating with the media supplier to get great deals such as
(outdoor, Newspaper & Magazines, print shops, advertising agencies ….)
Making the annually sales Budget for Each Brand and distribute it by
months according to my marketing calendar.
Achieving the sales budget and make a maximum growth on sales
and transactions through creative promotions.
Aligning with the Branch Management team to achieve the Profit
