£90,000 - £140,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
PSD Group’s HR Practice is working with a global financial services firm, who are seeking a Head of Compensation
and Performance Management - based in East London.
This is a new role that has been created as a result of continued growth and internal restructuring of the business. They are looking
for someone to manage Reward interventions in line with the Group’s Strategy and to ensure that it is in line with UK regulatory
requirements. The successful applicant will be leading a team of eight and will have an even split of responsibilities between
strategy, operations and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
•	 Providing expert advice to key stakeholders and Senior Management.
•	 Challaging regulatory requirements relating to compensation.
•	 Ensuring all reward elements are effective and commercially inline with the business needs.
•	 Advising on performance and reward poilicy and procedures by working closly with stakeholders and the wider HR teams.
•	 Managing year end processes.
•	 Leading and project managing key performance and reward initiatives.
This role is suited to a seasoned Reward Professional who has lead a minimum of 4 comp rounds within a large matrixed financial
services firm, global blue chip retail organisation and is now seeking a new challenge.
