Experis (Manpower Group) won the recruitment outsourcing for the Sanofi Group in 2012. I joined the account management team to ensure implementation
and delivery, based on a Temp and Perm RPO model in the Pharma sector.
As part of the account management team I am responsible for the day to day management of the onsite recruitment at 4 of the group site’s, nationwide.
Key deliverables include the following,

4. Account Manager, (Across Multiple Sites) GE Aviation, Healthcare and Oil and Gas
April 2011-December 2012
Experis (Manpower Group) provide GE with a MSP for temporary recruitment process covering, IT, Admin and Clerical, Finance, Healthcare, Engineering and
HR. This is maintained by a dedicated delivery team of resourcing consultants and an account management team.
As part of the account management team I was responsible for the day to day management of the Healthcare sector of GE as dedicated Healthcare Account
Manager based on the client’s sites in Amersham Buckinghamshire. I also provided cover for other GE Entities in Aviation and Oil and Gas. I was responsible
for maintaining key relationships with senior stakeholders within GE Healthcare working with line managers to understand recruitment needs and also working
with the supplier panel to maintain a high level of service delivery.
Key deliverables include the following,
• Senior HR and Director level key stakeholder engagement
• Act as escalation point for the key stakeholders in relation to queries in respect to service delivery.
• Resolving invoicing and service delivery issues which could have resulted in termination of the service GE.
• Meeting with line managers to take recruitment briefs and working on a recruitment plan for their recruitment requirement
• Working with the shared service centre consult team to understand client requirements and areas of recruitment need.

5. Reed Consulting provide the BBC with an end to end temporary recruitment process covering IT, Admin and Clerical, Finance, Sales and Marketing and senior HR, the
service included full management of the panel of suppliers, numbering over 50 suppliers along with providing a dedicated team of resourcing consultants and account
management team.
As part of the account management team I was responsible for maintaining key relationships with senior stakeholders within the BBC working with line managers to
understand recruitment needs and also working with the supplier panel to maintain a high level of service delivery, in addition I also managed a team of four consultants
based in London who manage the day to day service.
Key deliverables include the following,
• Reducing the panel supplier rates to the BBC, achieving savings of over 2 million pounds during the term of the contract so far.
• Working with key stakeholders within the BBC to deliver the service to new areas of the BBC.
• Managing a panel of over 50 support suppliers, including regular reviews and performance management and reducing or increasing areas of supply based around
performance.
• Resolving invoicing and service delivery issues which could have resulted in termination of the service by the BBC.
• Working with the managed service consult team to understand client requirements and areas of recruitment need.

June 2004 to Feb 2008.
Working on the public sector desk for Reed Managed Services at Reed Personnel Services head office in Northampton: I provided a consultant role for a number of nationally
managed accounts including the Audit Commission, Police Authorities and the Environment Agency. I was made Partner account manager for the Environment Agency
contract in 2005 for Reed Personnel Services, in this time we successful added IT and Scientific wins to the overall account owned by Reed Employment Division. I also
managed a team of consultants insuring strong service delivery for my own clients along with monitoring performance on the other desks.
Role Requirements:
Producing detailed weekly and monthly reports and liaising with operation to improve fill rates.
Attending a monthly and quarterly service review meetings and conference calls.
Liaising with partner suppliers, Reed network and clients to delivery a high level of managed service.
