 Dealers or retailers are more interested in pushing
the product of the company which provides them
better schemes
 Delay in replacement of products
CONCLUSION
 There’s good market awareness about Havells in
the market
 Quality is the main factor which influence the
customer in buying the products of Havells
 According to retailers , the price of Havells products
is bit higher compare to other brands
 Need to reach outer area of city and rural area
