shifts and provided contingency plans during absentees.
* Hired, trained, motivated, and counseled all of my production techs. My production
technicians were consistently considered among the best in the company.
* Rewrote the Production Procedures to help support the company's continual
improvement program to conform to ISO 9001:2008 standards. With these changes
the company's Production Dept. had no violations in five ISO audits in a 3 year
span. This was the first time in company's history that no violations from a out-
sourced auditor were found.
* Acted as the relief Operation Manager's when he was on vacation, sick or out of the
office on business.

* Promoted and effectively sold vendor products by utilizing the company's
established best practices. Sales in excess of $100K per year.
* Co-partnered with Outside Sales on many external Sales Calls. Promoted company's
services and maintained excellent customer relations.
* Sourced and provided sales quotes via various different media outlets. Phone, email
and sometimes fax.
* Within 3 weeks rose to top 10 in monthly sales.
