This report summarizes the activities of the Ethics Infrastructure Coordinating Directorate from July to December 2019. It established three anti-corruption forums: a University Ethics and Anti-Corruption Forum with 112 participants, a Federal and Regional Media Anti-Corruption Forum with 112 participants, and a High School and Primary School Ethics and Civics Teachers' Anti-Corruption Forum. The forums aimed to promote ethics, strengthen participation in fighting corruption, and create learning platforms. Challenges included a lack of continuous financial support for the forums and political issues affecting universities. Recommendations were to expand continuous support, ensure participation of other groups, establish regional anti-corruption coalitions, and strengthen capacities of religious and media institutions.
