3. What is the meaning of happiness?
• Happiness is that feeling that comes over you when you know life is
good and you can't help but smile. It's the opposite of sadness.
• Happiness is a sense of well-being, joy, or contentment. When
people are successful, or safe, or lucky, they feel happiness. The
"pursuit of happiness" different people feel happiness for different
reasons. Whenever doing something causes happiness, people
usually want to do more of it. No one ever complained about
feeling too much happiness.
4. What Sources Create True Personal Happiness?
In 2011 researchers Waldinger & Schulz conducted a comprehensive
research on happiness and reached important points that define
happiness.
Taking together all the various theories and findings on happiness for
researchers Waldinger & Schulz
• Individual income;
• Labor market status;
• Physical health;
• Family;
• Social relationships;
• Moral values;
• Experience of positive emotions

5. Happiness in our society
In this paragraph I relied on the talk of friends, relatives and
comrades in our society
• In our society, it is different, as you know, things are somewhat
troubled. The happiness of the employee in our society is that the
employee, teacher, soldier and doctor get his monthly salary on
time.
• There are many happiness factors in our society (good health, social
relations, social stability, and graduates getting a job , etc…
• For me happiness is reaching my goal, settling down, reading books
and writing social articles related to our community
6. How to Know If You're Happy
While perceptions of happiness may be different from one person to
the next, there are some key signs that psychologists look for when
measuring and assessing happiness.
Some key signs of happiness include:
• Feeling like you are living the life you wanted
• Feeling that the conditions of your life are good
• Feeing that you have accomplished (or will accomplish) what you
want in life
• Feeling satisfied with your life
• Feeling positive more than negative
7. Some types of happiness
• Joy: A often relatively brief feeling that is felt in the present
moment
• Excitement: A happy feeling that involves looking forward to
something with positive anticipation
• Gratitude: A positive emotion that involves being thankful and
appreciative
• Pride: A feeling of satisfaction in something that you have
accomplished
• Optimism: This is a way of looking at life with a positive, upbeat
outlook
• Contentment: This type of happiness involves a sense of
satisfaction
