Take 10 minutes…
• Choose a time (6 mo., 1 yr., 4 yrs.)
• Thinking of your ideals
• Create a drawing of yourself as you want
to be in the future
• List qualities or attributes about yourself
as you want them to be in the future
Now look at your drawing:
Is this who you truly want to be?
Write a list of things you need to change in order to become the
person you want to be.
For each item on your list, write at least one “how” you will reach
your goal.
