Steve Jobs
The co-creator of Apple Computers, changed the way
people interact with technology, and his innovations
changed the way people watch films, listen to music, and
create media.
2. Who is Steve Jobs?
❧ Born in San Francisco, CA. 1955
❧ Died in Palo Alto, CA. 2011
❧ Graduated from high school and attended Reed
College in Portland, OR. before leaving to travel
through India
❧ At 21, he co-founded Apple Computers, with Steve
Wozniak -the designer behind the Apple 1
❧ At 30, Jobs left Apple and pursued few different careers
in computers and digital media, including being the
primary investor in Pixar, which would make the first
fully computer animated film
❧ At 42, Jobs returned to Apple, which was struggling at
the time, and realigned Apple’s projects to start
producing the “i” line of products, such as the iMac,
iPod, iPhone, and iPad, this also led to the development
of the iStores and applications
