What is Anger ?
• Anger is a charge of energy in our Heart-Mind energy
field.
• It’s purpose is continuous improvement and demands
action.
Unhealthy response
• The Blame Game.
• Complaining and Criticizing.
• Suppressing the Energy of Anger for extended period.
Healthy response
• 90 seconds gap between response and anger trigger.
• Being present and witnessing this emotion.
• Remove cognates with emotional Detox.
• Observe the flow of anger, be Self-aware. Allow it to transform in
to peace and compassion.
• Empathetic listening.
• Silent suggestions.
Understanding Anger: Guided

• Where is my attention when I am angry?
• What situations and conditions create Anger in me?
• What memories and imaginary situations triggers anger in me?
• Am I able to witness emotion of anger ? How long ?

Establish PeaceDissolve Anger Establish Poise Accept and Resolve
Guided Relaxation
• Relax your body and mind.
• Close your right nostril with your right thumb.
• Smile while you breathe.
• Slowly inhale through your left nostril and exhale
through your left nostril, breathing deep into your
abdomen.
• Repeat this 9 more times.
Ocean of Peace Cleaning
• Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
• Imagine you are in a gentle ocean of peace. The waves
are soothing and blissful.
• Have the firm thought that you are immersed in this ocean
of peace
• The waves are removing all your coverings.
• Connect with your heart and observe an effect.
• Do this for as long as you can.
Imbibe and Expand Poise
• Stay connected in your heart.
• Recognize the feeing and maintain attention to it.
• Co-relate with any familiar experience in life.
• Breath in and spread this experience in entire body.
• Be attentive to the effect and allow it to sink this experience.
• Smile and be cheerful inwardly.
Letting Go
• Keep your attention to your heart and connect with life energy within you.
• Dive deeper and deeper.
• Feel hearts ability to accept everything. Let that acceptance spread
through you. Notice the vacuum created when you do this.
• Stay deeper in the state of acceptance. Resonate with it.
• Allow the presence of life energy to expand.
• Set intention not to repeat mistakes if it comes to awareness.
• Stay in state of self acceptance.
• Bring yourself in present moment and open your eye.
Reprogram your brain with repetition
Repeated mental activity entailed repeated neural activity.
Repeated neural activity builds neural structure.

  • 2. What is Anger ? • Anger is a charge of energy in our Heart-Mind energy field. • It’s purpose is continuous improvement and demands action.
  • 3. Unhealthy response • The Blame Game. • Complaining and Criticizing. • Suppressing the Energy of Anger for extended period.
  • 4. Healthy response • 90 seconds gap between response and anger trigger. • Being present and witnessing this emotion. • Remove cognates with emotional Detox. • Observe the flow of anger, be Self-aware. Allow it to transform in to peace and compassion. • Empathetic listening. • Silent suggestions.
  • 5. Understanding Anger: Guided Exercise • Where is my attention when I am angry? • What situations and conditions create Anger in me? • What memories and imaginary situations triggers anger in me? • Am I able to witness emotion of anger ? How long ?
  • 6. Manage Anger Start Relaxation and Self-awareness Physical Imbibe and Expand Peace Emotional Ocean of Peace Cleaning Mental Letting Go Restore Positivity Observe Journal Feedback Stop Reinforce Establish PeaceDissolve Anger Establish Poise Accept and Resolve
  • 7. Guided Relaxation • Relax your body and mind. • Close your right nostril with your right thumb. • Smile while you breathe. • Slowly inhale through your left nostril and exhale through your left nostril, breathing deep into your abdomen. • Repeat this 9 more times.
  • 8. Ocean of Peace Cleaning • Sit comfortably and close your eyes. • Imagine you are in a gentle ocean of peace. The waves are soothing and blissful. • Have the firm thought that you are immersed in this ocean of peace • The waves are removing all your coverings. • Connect with your heart and observe an effect. • Do this for as long as you can.
  • 9. Imbibe and Expand Poise • Stay connected in your heart. • Recognize the feeing and maintain attention to it. • Co-relate with any familiar experience in life. • Breath in and spread this experience in entire body. • Be attentive to the effect and allow it to sink this experience. • Smile and be cheerful inwardly.
  • 10. Letting Go • Keep your attention to your heart and connect with life energy within you. • Dive deeper and deeper. • Feel hearts ability to accept everything. Let that acceptance spread through you. Notice the vacuum created when you do this. • Stay deeper in the state of acceptance. Resonate with it. • Allow the presence of life energy to expand. • Set intention not to repeat mistakes if it comes to awareness. • Stay in state of self acceptance. • Bring yourself in present moment and open your eye.
  • 11. Reprogram your brain with repetition Repeated mental activity entailed repeated neural activity. Repeated neural activity builds neural structure.
