 Influencer Marketing – Grofer’s could conduct influencer campaigns in which it
approaches influencers to blog about Grofer’s product and post about it on social
media.
 Online Reputation Management (ORM) – a few online platforms that could be
of use to Grofer’s ORM: Quora, Yahoo Answers. These platforms help the
customers share their reviews of Grofer’s services and therefore spread the world.
Backlinks can be increased in their websites.
They can Introduce a SmartBasket System just like BigBasket which is
a Recommender System of products for Similar Type of Customers(i.e
Implementation of Machine Learning).
