The USGBC Massachusetts Chapter was formed in 2009 and has over 500 paying members and 7,000 subscribers. It promotes sustainable building and communities through its 13 committees and educational programs. The chapter offers LEED exam preparation, green building tours, and networking events. It aims to keep Massachusetts at the forefront of green building and achieve sustainable design and operation of every building in the state within a generation. The chapter works to improve professionals' skills, celebrate their successes, help them connect, advocate for supportive policies, and engage the public through various events, programs, communications, and online resources.
