This document provides steps to grant anonymous access to a SharePoint Online site collection or site page for external users who are not signed in. It outlines enabling external sharing on the site collection, sending an invitation email, and assigning permission levels to allow anonymous browsing of the entire site or individual pages. 1. How to Grant anonymous accessto site collection orsite page at SharePointOnline.

we are knowingSharePointsite canaccessusingexternal users.
If our customerrequired,theyneedtoaccessthe site collectionorsite page fromuserwhois not
eternallyadded.Whenwe enableanonymousaccesstothe site collectiontobrowse the entire sitewith
appropriate permission.
So to performthisactionto site collectionorsite page follow the below steps:
 Firstloginto the site collectiontoenableanonymousaccess,Forenable tothe site collectionfirst
we needtoenable external useraccessusingSharePointOnline portal.
 SelectSharePointportal page andclickon sharingoptiononthe leftside of the screenandenable
external usersmustacceptfromshare invitation,seebelowscreenshotsandclickonok
 Nowon the site collectionpage,selectsite collectionandclickonsharingandselectallow sharing
withall external users andsave the same see below:

2.  Once share optionwill be enabledane-mailissenttothe external userwhichsignsinwithalive-ID
or anotheroffice 365 account.
 Nowgo back to the site page or site collectionpage, andselectshare buttononthe top rightside
optionandshare withexternal usersandassignthe permissionbyclickingonthe show options.
 Nowselectpermissionlevelandshare the same page,email will gotosharedusersemail id.

 Once all set whenanexternal userhave acceptedyourinvitationyoucansee theminthe SharePoint
groupyou addedthemto.

4.  Nowclickon Go to PrashantDemosite and clickon the same,thiswill redirecttooffice 365 page,
here assignyourMicrosoftor other Office 365 useraccount.

5.  See the screenandenteryour email idandpasswordandwaitfor sometime tillyouwill be able to
access the site collectionorsite page onthe browser.
