SELECTED CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS
• Tasked with recovering a distressed project at Telefonica which had fallen 6 months behind schedule. Agreed a revised
schedule and put in place a robust remedial action plan to turn around the project. Effectively managed the project team,
established full credibility with senior stakeholders and successfully delivered the full project on schedule.
• As an Independent Consultant at BNP/Fortis Bank, managed the migration of small branches from the MIDAS platform to
Atlas (a BNP bespoke System). Managed the full lifecycle of this challenging project; successfully completed the migration
of data to the new platform across 10 locations in Europe without any loss of data or major issues.
• As a Senior Consultant at Misys International Banking Systems based in Luxembourg, focused on further developing the
Misys suite of products. Developed the corporate actions module for Midas; designed, tested and rolled out the Midas
module to redenominate all securities from old currencies to the Euro.
• Acted as Functional Consultant at Fortis Bank in Brussels for the roll out of the Midas plus system covering capital markets
products encompassing FX, money market FRA/IRS, futures and options securities, corporate actions and derivatives
products. Successfully delivered all system parameters to the bank’s New York branch.

• Took responsibility for the design and delivery of an application to support Telefonica’s internal bank project.
• Designed the innovative application using a reconciliation engine as a base to define and create accounting entries for
clients in the master banking application.
• Carried out an analysis for a payment factory as part of the internal bank.
• Designed the banking infrastructure; successfully rolled out the first phase of the project to the Amsterdam branch.
• Designed the structure to manage and automatically optimise pooling structures used with correspondent banks.
