o Jan 2013 – Nov 2013: Helsinki, Finland – Transition Program Manager for Postal and
Distribution Service company (Itella)
• Lead full Application and Infrastructure outsourcing project including HR transfer of 123 staff,
offshoring to India, infrastructure build and data center relocation workstreams. Engaged from
the engagement/sell phase and then on through set up and implementation of Transition.
8. o May 2011 – Dec 2012: Stockholm, Sweden – Transformation Program Manager for a
leading Nordic Bank (Nordea).
• Led team of 85 full time and 35 part time team members in a Program delivering mainframe
upgrade, invoicing update project, new reporting solution based on Cognos, ISM/Maximo and
Process re-engineering implementation to ITILv3, configuration management database
implementation, global resourcing outsource to delivery centres in Ireland, Bruno and Czech.
• Responsible for all aspects of Program leadership and delivery including planning, staffing,
directing, tracking/controlling, reporting and commercial/financials.

including third party vendors.
o Jan 2011 – May 2011: Goteborg, Sweden (Philadelphia, Shanghai) – Program Manager
for a leading Steel Machine Parts manufacturer (SKF), responsible for set up of Global Program
Management Office supporting Global Exit Mainframe program and supporting projects.
o Sept 2008 – Jan 2011: Copenhagen, Denmark – Program Manager for a leading Nordic
Bank (Nordea) dual site data center build, relocation and environment transformation program
for Capital Markets.
10. Managed the set up and execution of the program to clean out 2 existing data center sites,
rebuild the sites to required specifications.
Completed environment transformation and relocation. Program also included projects to
upgrade security, internal processes to meet new requirements in the Capital Markets area.
Included 12 program tracks with 25+ subprojects, over 150 core staff, $40 M budget.
o May 2007 – Sept 2008: Copenhagen, Denmark – Transformation Manager for a leading
Danish payment banking company (PBS) on a full scope IT outsourcing deal.
• Responsible for management of delivery for all projects in the Transformation Program
including onboarding of transferred staff, mainframe/midrange relocations, network solution
11. and implementation, disaster recovery, service management (process design and
implementation), and asset management. Program includes 25+ projects and 65 staff).
o May 2005 – May 2007: Stockholm, Sweden - Deputy Transformation Manager for a
leading Nordic Bank (Nordea) full scope joint venture outsourcing.
• Responsible for management of delivery for all projects in the Transformation Program (25+
projects, 140 staff, 4 Nordic countries, $50 M budget). Transformation included: Creating
new duel data centres, build of new network and support infrastructure, migrating and
consolidating over 4000 Open Systems, Help Desk Consolidation, Desktop Optimisation, ISV
12. Software Conversions, NT 4.0 Upgrade (+30000 systems), Security Standardization,
Systems/Server Management upgrades/standardization, Asset Management and Process
Improvement.

enhancement of project delivery quality. Provided orientations, coaching, and consulting to
Project Managers. Initiated PM training program.
