TD Securities. Project included regulatory initiatives, front office order entry platform simplification, platform de-customizations, and as part
of a program team for enterprise wide initiatives (i.e. Dodd Frank / Volcker). Management of projects for the following platforms: Calypso
Fixed Income and Derivatives, Broadridge (ICI), Summit, FIS, Global and LoanIQ, Sophis, Murex and Morag.
Key Projects & Achievements:
Prime Brokerage – Indirect Tax Accounts – Jan 2016 – Dec 2017 – Project taken over as was tracking red. Successfully brought
project back on track with deliverables and successfully delivered and automated vendor solution in providing monthly allocation ability for
Limited Partnerships/Mutual fund clients. In house web portal design/creation delivery included in the solution.
Global Equities Trading – Technology Transformation – Dec 2015 – Dec 2017 - Consolidation of several ticketing platforms to the
Fidessa platform including the consolidation of ticketing processes via position match.

IIROC-2800C – Jun 2015 – Nov 2015– Debt Transaction Reporting – for Calypso and Fixed Income System for Nov 1 2015 deliverable
(Canada).
Calypso Strategic Alignment Project – Jan 2015 – May 2015- De-customization of Calypso V13 of Engines, Books, Reports and
Monitoring tools for increased efficiency and performance. Introduced Calypso Native Settlements module streamlining the process and
automating the trade settlement accounting process. End to end project management requirements from gating process initiating the

Volcker Rule – Sept 2014- Dec 2015. Enterprise wide Cross-functional project included: Data Acquisition: Scope included
development of 20 Standard Data Contracts (Architecture) for 7 systems supporting Capital Markets. Systems included: Calyspo Cash &
Derivatives, Broadridge ICI, FIS, Global and LoanIQ, system architecture change included an initiative for Global warehousing of trade
information across all system platforms. PnL Reporting, CFTR and TOTUS – July 2015 : Systems included all aforementioned platform
in addition to Sophis, Murex GED; Risk Reporting: Greeks Metrics – Dec 2015 for all aforementioned systems Project's first and second
phase delivered on time, and within budget.
All projects included all segments of the gating process of project management and working on / or with the EMPO on enterprise
wide projects, identifying relative downstream stakeholders, discovery, planning, requirements documents, process and
technology workflows. Included were test case planning, testing, post implementation close, problem solving any issues
presented. SQL, Excel report output and JIRA were used for comparison on an ongoing basis in various projects for the purpose
of validating old/new platform information, obtaining the appropriate signoffs, for desired outcomes.

Operations Specialist/Business Analyst/Process Specialist - Project Delivery, Fixed Income Operations
Responsibilities May. 2008 – Nov 2013
Successfully facilitate project delivery end-to-end, acting both as Project Manager for small projects, and as part of a project team as
Operations/Process specialist, Business Analyst , and or consultant depending on size and project requirements.
Key Projects & Achievements:
Projects successfully delivered and implemented end-to-end as a Business Consultant/Analyst for scope, change management and
requirements gathering include:
- Depository conversion from Euroclear to Clearstream for BMO’s proprietary accounts.
- Toronto back office takeover of London issued Certificates of Deposit (London England), with straight through processing
solution, eliminating manual effort, and optimizing business process for obtaining new CD cusips in a timely manner.
- Regulatory reporting change implementation to ICI (Impact) canned reports. Worked with vendor to incorporate FDIC
requirement within the RCB-MEM, RCB-SUM reports and introduced new class codes in ICI. Re-class of securities for
appropriate reporting to the FDIC meeting regulatory requirements.
- Segregation of Trader Book in Broadridge’s ICI system, introducing new Trader Book as an International Banking Facility,
with change managements for profit / loss and accounting flow.
- Upgrade to Showcase 8 for Impact (an SQL reporting tool for Broadridge system), converting all existing reporting, to an
internal BMO platform and parallel run, problem solving any issues presented as a result of the upgrade.
All projects included identifying relative downstream stakeholders, discovery, planning, requirements documents, process and
technology workflows. Included were test case planning, testing, post implementation close, problem solving any issues
presented as a result of the upgrade. SQL and Excel report output were used for comparison on an ongoing basis in various

Projects successfully delivered and implemented as part of a project team, fostering new relationships, coaching and mentoring others
include:
- CDCC (Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation) – A project with Bank of Canada, IIAC, CDS, CDCC and all major
Canadian banks. Netting project for Canadian products for the purpose of risk reduction and balance sheet relief. Phase I
completed for platform preparation between member and CDCC via CDS for repo and US style repo’s. Requirements
documents and test scripts provided to team for testing. Testing validation conducted and signoff obtained for project team
- DSTS upgrade. Front Office trading version upgrade interfaced to ICI (Impact) system.
- High Yield trading desk in New York. Acted as subject matter expert (SME) for Fixed Income Operation back office ICI
system for processing, introducing new products, GL mappings and Bloomberg as front office trading system.
- Bank of Montreal acting as Primary Dealer for US Treasuries / Agencies - end-to-end process
- Segregation of USD payments provider for BMO. Provided representation for Fixed Income, for implementation of new
payment platform, procedure updates and deadlines.
- Introduction of ATP automatic confirmation process for BMO internal trades on Broadridge system, eliminating need for paper
confirmation production for intercompany trades.
- Implemented standardized signoff and tracking procedures for P&L department, fixed income, structured notes and derivative
products.

- Updated and coordinated testing for Business Continuity Planning and Pandemic Planning
- Coordinated project for Anomalies for the department – items out of department scope, conducted status meetings, tracked
and maintained progress, distributed minutes of meeting and assisted in process flow/ process mapping.
- Assisted in the creation of metrics for escalation signoff, for fixed income, structured notes and derivative products.
- Coordinated Information Management Project – scope included going from paper based to automated archiving procedures,
reevaluating all current documents to revised standards for both Fixed Income and Derivative products.

procedure format and introduced a centralized storage location for both Fixed Income and Derivative products.
