We are looking for a Digital Project Manager with a solid technical knowledge and experience. They
will work on a high profile account and will be responsible for managing the execution of technically
complex projects from conception through delivery, including managing scope and resources,
scheduling, budget tracking, development of project plans and providing status.
They will have to manage all factors that govern project success to ensure delivery within time, cost
and quality parameters. They will make timely decisions in order to ensure project success within
time, cost and quality parameters. They will have significant client liaison responsibilities to ensure
that client expectations are managed and met.

2. Essential Skills/Competencies:
- Certified Agile and Prince2 project/product manager with experience in managing software
development projects in using Agile - Scrum & Prince2 and Waterfall methodologies
- Experienced working with strategic, creative, design and UX/UI teams and be able to manage an
end to end process including these capabilities
- Have a solid understanding of platform/CMS build and ongoing BAU optimisation
- Outstanding leadership, time management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Managed multidisciplinary onshore and offshore teams
- Skilled in meeting tight deadlines and within budget
- Experienced in gathering business requirements
- Expert in software development life cycle, including analysis, design development, testing and
implementation of software applications
- Equipped with strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills
- Have experience managing programmes of work consisting of multiple projects
- Must have over 5 years proven experience delivering technology projects/web builds with large
budgets (over £250,000), up to 25 FTEs and of possibly high complexity
- Must have proven experience working with technologies - Java, HTML, Flex
- Experience drafting and developing technical and functional specifications
- Strong client facing, presentation and negotiation skills
