alongwithour IT departmentforinitial high-levelcostestimatestodefine if the opportunitywas
attractive or not;
-Once the projectwasapprovedandinvestmentsecured,itwasmyjobto kickit off and execute it.It
involvedplanningthe day-to-daytasks,liaise withdifferentareassuchas IT, operations,HR,training,
finance orany othersthat wouldbe partof the life cycle of the project.Thiswasto ensure SMEs
fromthose areas were providedandrapportbuilttosmoothlyconductthe project;
-I alsohadto conduct a stakeholderanalysisandregularlymeetwiththemtodiscussthe progressof
the project,highlightrisksandsolutionsforthose,escalateanydifficulthurdlesthatIneededtheir
supportwithand provide regularupdatesonexpensesandanyidentifiedquickwinsandrelated
benefits;
-Creatingandrunninga testphase forthe solution.Atthe same time,workinparallel withtraining
and operational areastoensure impactedresourceswere readytodeliversupportforthe new
service;
-Ensuringa launchplanwasin place witha contingencyfall-backapproachwasinplace incase
anythingwasn'tinaccordance withthe measuresof successforthe projectexecution;
-Once the projectwasimplemented,creatingacontrol planand monitorperformance resultsforup
to 90 days to ensure resultsweresustainableandforecastedfinancial benefitsrealised.Also,Ihad
to reportthose benefitsmonthlyforthe periodof ayearafterthe implementation;
-Withthe objective of constantprocessimprovementinmind,lookforadditional opportunitiesnot
initiallyaddressedbythatprojectandcreate businesscasesforthose alongwithleveragingthe
implementedsolutiontoothermarketswithsimilaropportunities.Thiswouldmaximisebenefits
withsmallerinvestmentas the solutionwasalreadybuilt;
-Also,manage ateamof six individualsinEurope andMexico,providingcoachingandfeedbackto
