(UAT) plans and executing subsequent testing.

security (collateral) against stock lending positions averaging £23bn daily (2002-2003); monitored and mitigated
against risks and exposure while ensuring the settlement and reconciliation of collateral within strict deadlines.

(1997-2002); maximised income generation from lending - ~£3.5-£4m P/A and wrote and updated procedures
