Mitigate Risks (10+ initiatives successfully delivered last year)
 Work with departments like Transportation, Customization, Warehousing, Customer Logistics &
Manufacturing on Short & Long term requirements to ensure Zero Service loss
 Develop Tools for Data Analysis & Information Sharing
o Collaborate with and Build Capability of vendors like Infosys, DHL & HP for Order Management, Quality
Compliance SAP issues, etc.

& lead.
INVENTORY
o Maintaining and keeping the entire inventory in a well proper manner in the warehouse.
o Providing samples to the Quality Department before receiving the material in stock.
o Maintaining the Inventory record in system on line. Indenting & receiving the material finally dispatch the same
to the Distributors
o Responsible for maintaining 100% IRA at the site
QUALITY
o Using Operation & Site Problem techniques to sort out Quality Issues.
o Coordinate with Admin for approval, PO releasing and follow up.
o Handling all customer related issues, managing mainly the complaints from clients.
o Tracking daily complaints, ensuring proper manpower and route planning to ensure lesser response time and
faster speed of service.

Indenting & receiving the material finally dispatch the same to the Distributors o Responsible for maintaining 100% IRA at the site QUALITY o Using Operation & Site Problem techniques to sort out Quality Issues. o Coordinate with Admin for approval, PO releasing and follow up. o Handling all customer related issues, managing mainly the complaints from clients. o Tracking daily complaints, ensuring proper manpower and route planning to ensure lesser response time and faster speed of service. o Monitoring the housekeeping /pest control & Rodent control. o Providing training to the team members and maintaining their records. o To ensure safety norm in the warehouse. o Responsible for space planning as per inventory availability and market requirement.
