This document provides instructions for a college student to complete a goal setting form for a class project. It explains that long term goals are usually life goals that require significant time and planning to achieve. Short and mid term goals are steps toward accomplishing long term goals, with mid term goals being things that can be achieved within a year and short term goals being completed within months or weeks. Students are prompted to write out one long term life goal, two mid term goals focused on their senior year and summer, and three short term goals of varying timeframes.
