Program Manager
 The company was sold and changed names multiple times during my employment.
From 1991-2008 it was known as Andrew Corporation, Satellite Communications
Division. It was then sold to Resilience Capital Investments, and became ASC Signal
Corporation. It was then acquired by Communication Power Industries in 2015.
 Managed all phases of Broadcast Television and satellite communications projects of
short and long duration, with financial sales ranging from $25,000 to over $12-million.
 Principal Program Manager on DOD Satcom Projects with sales exceeding $24-million
for government projects such as BAMS, Avior, Trident, DKET, WIN-T and Coach Whip.
 Led the design efforts for 200 ABC Television Network, Affiliate sites for their HD Digital
Electronic Racks, and the complete deployment throughout the US.
 Managed the ASC Signal Satcom Tech Services Hot Line & Field Services Division for the
support of the ABC, Fox and NBC Television Networks.
 Successfully accomplished the full system design, on-site civil works installation, systems
electronics implementation and acceptance testing of the Fox Television Satellite Uplink
Broadcast facility in Los Angeles.

 Oversaw the software development of the ABC Television Network, SNC (Satellite
Network Control) at ABC TV in New York and the ABC Affiliate Rack Control software
(ESC) for over 200 ABC affiliate sites in the US.
 Responsible for the deployment,completeinstallationandtesting of theHughes Network
Systems, an Internet data hub distribution network in the US and Canada.
 Directed the system design, installation, testing and commissioning of the Wild Blue
Internet access, satellite hub data distribution, phase one network system.
 Served as Subject Matter Expert on Satellite Earth Station Antenna Systems, for both
video and data network hub sites.
 Coordinated all company internal interface relations with the following departments:
Systems and RF Engineering, Software/Firmware Engineering,Documentation
Configuration Management, Manufacturing/Production,Purchasing, Financial
Accounting department and reporting to Executive Management.
 Managed and directed all field service and on-site installation contractors as needed to
complete the assigned projects and maintenance programs.
 Worked successfully with customers from project inception to completion, to meet
budgets, delivery schedules, system design, site implementation, and product
requirement goals.
 Collaborated with Sales, Marketing, and Product Line management in the bid no bid
process and in preparation of bid and proposal responses to customer RFQ’s.
 Proficient in SAP (Company Enterprise Software Systems) modules for order entry,
production, inventory control, purchasing, documentation, engineering design
releases/approvals and Program Management modules for WBS and PFSR financial
reporting.
 Traveled to client sites domestically and internationally, throughout the USand in
Japan, Morocco, England, France,Germany, Kazakhstan,Saudi Arabia, United Arab
Emirates and Brazil.
