Manager, Residential Project Coordinator and the Residential Project Administrator, and developed the 
Project Management Tools and Templates for EPSC Residential, Commercial and Industrial. 
Shallow Utility Program Lead April 2011 – April 2013 
Manage the 4-Party Joint Use contract (Enmax power, ATCO gas, Telus, and Shaw cable) and other EPSC 
joint-use construction projects including cost, quality, schedule, and scope of multiple stakeholder projects. 
Assemble and coordinate multi discipline teams consisting of design consultants, surveyors, land specialists,

Provided initial project management expertise to Bell Mobility with respect to supporting the selling, 
execution, and expansion of our solutions-based offering to the Alberta First Responders and Government of 
Alberta for the Alberta First Responders Radio Communication System AFRRCS project. 
ACCOMPLISHMENTS 
 Developed budget and documented resources required for AFRRCS RFP submittal to the GOA totaling 
$580,000 that was approved by executive management. 
 Managed the proposal development for the AFRRCS RFC submission regarding the draft AFRRCS RFP 
to the GOA, which was received on time and stimulated a positive response from the GOA. 
Mobile Services Manager Mar 2007 – Jan 2008 
Managed operations, customer and employee satisfaction. Hired, on boarded, directed, trained, coached, 
motivated and lead the virtual Mobile Services Team consisting of 9 members located in centers in the 
provinces of Alberta and British Columbia, and the two 12 member Fulfillment Teams located in Calgary and 
Edmonton.

Successfully implemented communication solution projects to meet the customer’s network requirements for

trouble-shooting, technical support, and posting of documents and website content for employee access. 
ACCOMPLISHMENTS 
Managed 3 major intranet web projects and ensured secure access to the TELUS intranet: 
 Established first corporate documentation for TELUS employees and their level of access to the 
corporate intranet, successfully completing $92,000 project 27% under budget and within established 
timeline. 
 Implemented documentation to articulate guidelines, standards, processes & governance required for 
new mode of operating the TELUS intranet & evaluated relevance of a content management tool. 
Resulted in a 17% budget savings of a $365,000 project that exceeded stakeholder expectations. 
INTEGRATED SERVICE SOLUTIONS 
Network Solutions Manager May 1997 – Mar 2001 
Liased with Sales, Access Planning, senior management, and stakeholders to design and manage EPC 
(engineering, procurement, and construction) network fiber opt ic build projects for major national corporate 
clients including military, rail, utility, and oil and gas. Coordinated and scheduled the deployment of 
engineering and construction personnel, procurement of cable and equipment, and cost control. 
ACCOMPLISHMENTS 
 Received award from Sales Team as lead developer for customized billing process and project design 
for TransCanada Pipeline’s $2 million Provincial SCADA Network Conversion Project. 
 Created framework & secured access for TransCanada Pipeline $350,000 field trial project designed to 
deliver wireless solutions to increase bandwidth of remote last mile network. 
 Designed and implemented network build projects & special assembly networks for the Department of 
National Defense & national telecos (Sprint, Group Telecom, Clearnet, and Microcell), CP Rail, 
TransCanada Pipelines, and Amoco. 
ACCESS PLANNING SOUTH DIVISION 
Tactical Planner Sep 1993 – May 1997 
Prepared business cases, studies and special EPC projects to satisfy requirements of Access Engineering & 
Planning Department. Instrumental in capacity and project management activities to facilitate urban/rural

ACCOMPLISHMENTS  Developed budget and documented resources required for AFRRCS RFP submittal to the GOA totaling $580,000 that was approved by executive management.  Managed the proposal development for the AFRRCS RFC submission regarding the draft AFRRCS RFP to the GOA, which was received on time and stimulated a positive response from the GOA.
