This document provides information for freshmen on getting involved on campus at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. It encourages students to get involved to meet people, try new activities, and improve their academic performance. It outlines opportunities for involvement during Welcome Week events in August and through student organizations, media, Homecoming in September/October, and the Campus Activities Board. The Campus Activities Board plans social events throughout the semester and students are encouraged to volunteer or hold leadership roles. Involvement resources and support are also available through the Dean of Students Office.
