GethiredGlobal uses a freemium model where basic services like joining groups are free, while premium services like referrals and resume consulting require fees. Fees range from Rs. 15/month for job alerts to 0.5-0.55% of salary for referrals. HR departments pay 0.25% of salary for exclusive hiring opportunities. Revenue is also generated from events, podcasts, training, webinars and workshops. The goal is to expand the experts network and services to gather a large audience for subscription-based products and services.

• Under this model we will be providing basic services like Joining the group/community at
free of cost
• Separate GetHired Group named FLASH JOB ALERT – Rs.15/month/user
• For the premium services like referrals we’ll ask users to pay 0.5% of the CTC they got
offered in the company using our GetHired Global Network and Platform.
• If the member gets a referral via a member itself than we will ask the Referred candidate
to pay 0.55% [0.25%-gethired global , 0.30%- Referred member] of the CTC they got
offered .
3. HR gets paid 0.25% of CTC from GetHired for hiring from our community and
Sharing only Exclusive opportunity.
College TPO’s and Placement Tie Ups will be charged as 5% per student of their CTC
No charge on Group Exit
Premium services like Resume consulting , Business Consulting will be charged [Rs.1000 for
resume consulting , Rs.5000 for business consulting.]
4. Revenue Possibility by Allied Services
• Model Web Sales-
Providing Subscription for Services like - Mentorship Program , Web/Sem-inars.
The target is to gather mass audience for the service based product.
Bi annual charges – Rs.500/member [ including mentorship by industry experts , live
session by experts , bi annual meetups for better networking ]
