Our service charges will be as follows.
• 5 % of the gross annual Salary for All Levels
In addition Service tax will be charged at actual (14.5 % of the invoice value).
• Payment to be made from the date of joining of our Candidate.
Free replacement will be provided if our candidate leaves your organization
• Within 2 months from the date of joining.

12. Terms & Conditions
• Human Life Consultancy will be charging the client a fee on annual gross salary
paid to the selected Candidate (S) as in:
(a) 5% for entry or basic level recruitment (i.e. For CTC up to Rs. 2.4L/-)
(b) 8.33% for middle level recruitment (i.e. For CTC up to Rs.2.4L to Rs. 4.2L/-)
(c) 10% for higher level recruitment (i.e. For CTC of Rs.4.2 L+)
• Curriculum Vitae (CVs) submitted to the clients by Human Life Consultancy will be
treated as that short-listed by us and irrespective of the organization/units, in
which the respective candidates are placed; Human Life Consultancy will be
entitled for the applicable fee.
• Human Life Consultancy will recommend candidates to its clients in good faith
after ascertaining their background. , final decision in regard to appointment will
be made by the clients after fully satisfying themselves about the suitability and
credentials.
• In case the selected candidate leaves your organization On his own accord within
Three Months, of joining the services of the organization, we will provide you with
free replacement for the said position. No replacement will be provided if
management sacks the candidate due to non-Performance or based on other
policy matters. If the candidate leaves the job on his own accord Due to 1. Change
in profile 2. Salary problem, it will not be replaced and the charges will have to be
paid by the company.
13. Terms & Conditions
• If the selected candidate works with you for more than three days, its bill
will be raised. If the candidate leaves your organization within TWO Months of the
joining on his own accordance, he will be replaced ONCE by us and in no case his bill
amount will be waived off.
• Incase we fail to replace within two months (from the date of joining), 75%
of the particular candidate’s bill amount will be refunded.
• In case the selected candidate leaves your organization; you need to inform us
through e-mail or by any kinds of written communication to us about within
a week. The date of the official communication from your side about the
leaving of the candidate will be considered as the first day of his leaving.
• Both the parties will undertake to confirm that all information & data supplied
during the course of our association will be treated as confidential and proprietary
by us and will not be disclosed /shared to any third party without our prior written
approval.
