 Building the right Hard Infrastructure 2.5 hrs
 Matching the Soft Infrastructure 2.5 hrs
DAY 3; Module 3; Organizational Change
 Understanding the Change Process 2.5 hrs
 Module 6 Managing Change and Resistance 2.5 hrs
DAY 4; Exam & Discussion

Prerequisites
 Bachelor Degree.
 At least 2 years of working experience.
Requirements to pass:
 Attendance of at least 4 modules out of 6 modules.
 Submitting the case study according to set standards (Pass or Fail).
 Passing Exam with a 70% score or more.
