This document provides a recipe for a cold soup drink called gazpacho from Andalusia, Spain. The recipe calls for blending together tomatoes, green pepper, garlic, olive oil, sherry vinegar, and salt, and optionally adding onion, cucumber, and bread. 1. GAZPACHO
(typical cold soup from Andalusia, Spain)
You can have it as a soup or as a drink. Here you

Ingredients
• 6-7 medium tomatoes
• 1 green pepper
• 1 clove of garlic
• ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
• A splash of Sherry vinegar
• A pinch (or two) of salt
• A slice of bread, without crust
• Cold water
Some people also add some onion and cucumber
Instructions
1. Wash and dry all the vegetables very well. You can peel the tomatoes and
the pepper.
2. Cut the tomatoes and put into your blender.
3. Halve, core, and de-seed the pepper. Cut it into a few slices and add to
the blender.
4. Peel the garlic and slice it in half. Remove the core.
5. Blend the vegetables at a high speed until it is completely pureed.
6. Add the salt and vinegar and, while blending on a slow speed, slowly add
the olive oil.
7. Taste and adjust salt and vinegar. If the texture is too thick for your liking
add some cold water.
8. Refrigerate and serve very cold!
