All of us are really fond of Chinese dishes. So today I have for you my version of the most famous recipe from the Chinese cuisine called NOODLES.

3. Ingredients
• ¼ cup Sliced Capsicum yellow and green each
• 1 Onion sliced
• ¼ cup Sliced Carrots
• ½ cup Shredded Cabbage
• ¼ cup Shredded Spinach
• 1 tbsp Chopped green chilly
• 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
• 2 tsp Crushed red chilly
• 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
• 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
• Noodles
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Black pepper powder
4. Procedure
• In a pot of boiling water add
raw noodles, salt and a dash of
oil. Boil the low on high heat
until it is cooked 80%.
• Check the packet instructions
while boiling. Strain it and rinse
with cool water. Grease with
1tbsp oil and keep aside.
• In a pan put 1 tbsp oil, garlic
and green chilly. Let it heat and
cook until golden.
5. • Throw in all other
vegetables and cook for 2-3
mins on high heat.
• Next add boiled noodles to
it.
6. • Mix well the noodles and
add salt, pepper, crushed
red chilly and sauces and
mix really well.
• Cook for other 2-3 mins and
turn off the heat.
• Let it rest for 2-3 mins and
serve.
