The Asian Development Bank (ADB), at the request of the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, provided financial assistance for the improvement of 66.4 kilometer (km) of road between Eindu and Kawkareik, in Kayin State. The project road will be improved to the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) road network standard of two lanes with appropriate width paved shoulders, suitable for all standard highway traffic. The section will require complete reconstruction, with some short sections of realignment for improved vehicle operating speed and road safety. The project also includes design features for climate resilience in this flood-prone area, including raising the road to a level that takes into account potentially higher future flood levels to provide year-round access.

Thailand serves as an economic hub of Asia by virtue of its strategic location in the heart of the AEC benefiting production, trade, exports, and logistics. The country borders Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and is a short distance from Vietnam, countries known as CLMV, which are undergoing rapid growth. Thailand is therefore one of the most suitable investment destinations - connecting Asia to the world.
Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor is Thailand's flagship special economic zone (SEZ) to accelerate future growth of the region. It's a springboard location to ASEAN, China, and India via multi-modal linkages and Free Trade Areas (FTAs)
Life Science Project Management Is Dead A New (Old) Model For The Future – An...Randy Dunson
Session Overview:
Where do you think pharmaceutical project management is heading? Is it shifting away from command and control – if you were ever lucky enough to have achieved that level of influence – or getting more deeply established as a core guarantor of value delivery? What do you think is on the radar for pharmaceutical project management of tomorrow? The old co-led (supposedly), line over project model has failed. The time is past for arcane, power-driven arguments for not adopting practices that have been long established and successful in other high technology R&D sectors. Have you heard people in your organization demand to be shown the ROI on implementing project management? The purpose of this year’s session is to further explore practices that have been long established and successful in other high technology R&D sectors and how they must be adopted by our sector so that we better understand the strategic direction and impacts we face. Project management practices in our industry still vary considerably across sectors, and between (and within) companies. A common paradigm for the industry to follow remains overdue.

CEA Project Logistics in Thailand recently carried out the demobilisation and export of a 150 Tonne High-Pressure Plastic Injection Moulding Machine, the unit, after demobilisation was exported to Malaysia. The original factory installation of the machine was undertaken by Mitsubishi technicians who were also on hand for this demobilisation.
CEA Project Logistics and Fagioli Italy are aligning focus, resources and efforts to expand our combined market presence and reach in South East Asia.
A consortium agreement has been agreed by our two companies that will see CEA Project Logistics & Fagioli provide a multitude of services throughout Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. These services will include Heavy Haulage for Module Transportation, Load-Out of Modules and other offshore structures, Lifting & Skidding of heavy items by use of Strand Jacks, Barge Transportation and projects pertaining to civil structures.
Well beyond a typical representative or distribution relationship, we are creating and developing a very deep and strongly bounded partnership wherein both companies will cross train service personnel, share facilities and infrastructures, and align sales and marketing efforts throughout the region. By collaborating in such a manner, CEA and Fagioli are producing an increase in value to all our clients in the form of reduced costs, expanded footprint and improved services. By creating this new business model we can provide the optimum equation whereby 1+1 = 3 for all our clients. We are very excited about this new synergy and the new opportunities it will bring and genuinely look forward to passing these benefits on to our clients.
CEA Project Logistics Myanmar recently carried out the demobilisation of 14 Gas Powered Generator Sets and accompanying parts and accessories from a Power Plant project in Kyaukpyu, Rakhine State to Yangon and then onwards to Singapore.
CEA Project Logistics Myanmar completed the transportation and mobilisation of three 9 tonne drill rigs and four 20 ft. containers to Kawlin in the Sagaing region 850km from the capital Yangon. Due to the poor condition of the roads and bridges, this transportation project was completed in two separate trips over 16 days. Each of the bridges that were crossed had a maximum capacity of just 15 tonne, this meant that on several occasions the trucks would be unloaded and then reloaded to adhere to the safe working limit.
CEA Project Logistics Myanmar recently completed the final part of a three-part project in Yangon.
The whole project consisted of the moving of an entire soft drinks factory from its old location to the new site some 20kms away. The final part of the project involved the transportation and installation of a new Bottle Blower Machine and other auxiliary parts, the total value of the cargo was in excess of 500,000 USD. CEA Myanmar was responsible for the unloading at the port, customs process, transportation and eventual installation. Due to the complex layout of the factory several modifications were made to the walls to facilitate the installation process. The project was completed in under five days ahead of schedule and within operational budget.
A technically challenging project involving a 25-year-old bottle washer that was moved to a new factory in Yangon, Myanmar.
For this project CEA Project Logistics Thailand and CEA Projects Myanmar worked together.
CEA Projects Myanmar recently completed the delivery, positioning, and installation of heavy equipment for a new PET bottle manufacturing plant in the Hlaing Thar Yar district of Yangon.
This case study features a very technical and potentially difficult installation at drinks factory in Thailand. Two cranes working in tandem were needed to complete the project. Several parts of the installation were of considerable weight and length.

www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

Implicitly or explicitly all competing businesses employ a strategy to select a mix
of marketing resources. Formulating such competitive strategies fundamentally
involves recognizing relationships between elements of the marketing mix (e.g.,
price and product quality), as well as assessing competitive and market conditions
(i.e., industry structure in the language of economics).
Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.

CEO Kevin Fisher had worked in Myanmar as early
as 1997, even back then he realised a gap in the
market existed for a major logistics service provider
located in Myanmar, however due to the political
situation he understood Myanmar wasn’t yet ready.
The Burmese democratic reforms that began in 2011 opened
the country to new possibilities and helped it attain some sort of
parity with its ASEAN neighbours. It was during a visit in early 2012
that Kevin decided the time was right to invest in Myanmar.
A sizable, 10,000m2 of warehouse and office space was soon
acquired in the Thilawar commercial port, Yangon and CEA
Projects (Myanmar) was officially established in January 2013.
“We have been very successful in our branding campaign of the
company and we will mirror in every aspect our business model from
Thailand in Myanmar, we are strategically well poised for the eagerly
awaited explosion of business in this new market place”
