2. FRUIT SALAD WITH HONEY
Ingredients:
1 apple
1 pear
1 orange
a few strawberries
2 tablespoon honey
How to make:
wash fruits,
peel an apple, a pear and an orange and
slice them,
put the fruits into a bowl and add
strawberries;
add honey and mix everything,

3. LEMON SORBET
Ingredients:
6 lemons juice
1 lemon grated peel
6 teblespoons powder sugar
50 ml water
How to make:
put lemon juice, lemon peel and sugar into
a mixing bowl,
mix them till they are smooth mixture,
pour the mixture into a bowl and put into
the freezer for 2-3 hours,
then mix it again with 50 ml water for
about 3-5 minutes,
freeze again.

4. STRAWBERRY SHAKE
Ingredients:
about 7 big strawberries,
2 glasses milk,
2 tablespoons sugar,
4 ice cubes
How to make:
wash strawberries and put them into a
bowl,
add milk and sugar,
mix everything till smooth mixture,
puor the mixture into glasses and put into
a fridge for 20 minutes
serve with ice
5. SIMPLE FRUIT SALAD
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries
1cup cherries
½ cup blueberries
½ red apple
½ peach
1 kiwi
2 tablespoon lemon juice
How to make:
Wash all of your fruits,
Halve your cherries,
Chop the strawberries, red apple, peach,
and kiwi into pieces,
Place all the fruit in a bowl,
Add lemon juice, mix and serve.
6. BAKED BANANAS
Ingredients:
4 firm bananas
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons melted
butter
salt
2 to 3 tablespoon firmly packed brown
sugar
How to make:
preheat oven to 375°,
peel bananas and place in a baking dish,
brush generously with butter and sprinkle
lightly with salt,
sprinkle brown sugar over bananas,
bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until
bananas are tender,
! serve with syrup or a dessert sauce.
7. FRUIT COMPOTE
Ingredients:
¾ cup water
½ cup sugar
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup chopped fruit
How to make:
bring the water, sugar and lemon juice to
the boil,
add the chopped fruit and cook over a low
heat until syrup and the fruit is soft and
beginning to break down,
take the compote off the heat and cool
before using,
store in the fridge for up to three days.
