BLOODY MARRY
Ingredients
Ice cubes
Vodka, well chilled
Tomato juice, well chilled
1 lemon, washed, halved, sliced
Fresh lemon juice
Holbrooks Worcestershire Sauce
Sugar, to taste
Celery salt (optional), to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
Tabasco Sauce to taste
Celery sticks with leafy tops, washed, to serve
METHOD
Step 1
Three-quarters fill a glass with ice cubes. Add 30mls (1 1/2 tablespoons) chilled vodka and
about 60mls (1/4 cup) chilled tomato juice to almost fill glass. Add a lemon slice, 1
tablespoon lemon juice and _ teaspoons) Holbrooks Worcestershire Sauce. Stir in a pinch
each of sugar, celery salt and ground black pepper and a dash of' Tabasco Sauce to taste. Add
a celery stick to glass.

Ingredients:
2 ounces vodka
5 ounces orange juice
Orange slice for garnish
Preparation:
1. Build the ingredients in a collins glass with ice.
2. Stir well.
2. Apple Lemon Fizz
Ingredients
1 cup (200 ml.) applejuice
1 bottle(200 ml.) lemon squash
2 tbsp finely chopped cucumber
2 tbsp finely chopped apples (optional)
1 tsp finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp honey
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients, pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
Tips
Chill the apple juice and lemonade before mixing this drink since adding ice cubes will
dilute the dri
Berry Meloni Drink
Ingredients
4 cups deseeded and chopped watermelon (tarbuj)
8 strawberries , roughly chopped
4 tsp lemon juice
4 tbsp sugar syrup
1 cup crushed ice
For TheGarnish
4 small wedges of watermelon
Method
1. Combine the watermelon, strawberries, lemon juice, sugar syrup and ½ cup of water and blend in a mixer till
smooth.
2. In each cocktail glass place ¼ cup of crushed ice and pour equal quantity of thejuice. Serve immediately garnished
with a wedge of watermelon on each glass
CINDRELLLA
Ingredients
2 to 3 tsp raspberry syrup
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsps finely chopped mixed fruits (pineapple,pears and apples)
1 bottlelemonade or any lemon drink
1 lemon slice
3. Method
1. Put the raspberry syrup and lemon juice in a tall serving glass.
2. Add thefruit and fill up with lemonade.
3. Top with thelemon slice.
4. Serve cold.
CITRUS RECPIE
Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp sugar syrup
1 cup crushed ice
3 cups fresh orange juice
3 cups fresh sweetlime juice
2 bottles (300 ml) chilled soda
Method
1. Combine the lemonjuice, sugar syrupandcrushed ice ina cocktailshaker and mix well.
2. Transfer the above mixture to a punchbowl.
3. Add the orange juice, sweetlime juice andmix well usinga ladle.
4. Pour the chilled soda and stir once, using a ladle. Serve immediately.

Method
1. Combine all the ingredients, except the crushed ice, and blend in a mixer till smooth.
2. In each glass, place ¼ cup of crushed ice and pour equal quantity of thejuice over it.
3. Serve immediately garnished with a pineapplewheel in each glass.

1. When pineappleis not season, you can use tinned pineappleslices and omit the sugar syrup sincetinned appleis
already sweet.
4. PINK LADY

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces gin
3/4 ounce applejack
1/4 ounce lemon juice
1-2 dashes grenadine
1 egg white
Maraschino cherry for garnish
Preparation:
1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice

2 oz Gin (Plymouth)
.5 oz Cointreau or Combier
.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
1 Fresh egg white

How to make The White Lady Cocktail
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail
glass.
