Iced Coffee Ingredients: Servings: 6-8 6 -8 cups strong coffee 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk Directions: 1 Combine brewed coffee and sweetened condensed milk in a large pitcher. 2 Refrigerate until chilled. 3 Serve over ice. 4 TIP- Use leftover coffee to make coffee ice cubes with. 5 Then you have the chill without getting watered down.

Melon Agua Fresca Ingredients: Yield: 4-5 cups 3 -4 cups diced melon (1 large cantaloupe or half a medium watermelon) 1 1/2 cups chilled water 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 2 large limes, juice of Directions: 1 Place the melon and water in a blender or food processor and process until liquid (do it in batches if necessary). 2 Strain the liquid through a fine sieve into a pitcher. Discard excess pulp. 3 Add sugar and lime juice to the liquid and chill well before serving.
  3. 3. Pennsylvania Milk Punch Ingredients: Servings: 20 4 cups milk 1 quart orange sherbet, softened 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened 1 liter carbonated lemon-lime beverage Directions: 1 In a bowl, beat first 3 ingredients until frothy. 2 Stir in soda and serve immediately.
  4. 4. Lemonade Ingredients: Serves: 8 Yield: 2 quarts 1 1/2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice 7 cups ice cold water 1 cup granulated sugar 2 lemons Directions: 1 Combine the first three ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved, add ice and lemon slices then serve.

Strawberry Lime Smoothie Ingredients: Servings: 2 2 cups whole frozen unsweetened strawberries (approx. 10oz) 1 1/4 cups lime-flavored soda water 1/4 cup milk or 1/4 cup soymilk 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute lime wedge, for garnish Directions: 1 Spin a wedge of lime around the edge of your glasses and dip them in sugar. 2 Put the strawberries in the blender and let them sit for 5 minutes to thaw slightly. 3 Add 1°C fizzy water and the sugar substitute. 4 Blend until smooth. 5 Stir in the remaining fizzy water and pour into your glasses, garnish with another wedge of lime.
