overconfident, entitledand lazy, but they just might be new Greatest Generation. Many of
the 80 million US Millennials are already working, raising kids and living in their own
homes. What’s more, they are big spenders— and getting bigger. They spend $1.4 trillion
and by 2020 they’llaccount for approximately 30 percent of allUS retailsales. 81% of them
