Whitepaper - A Consumer Cloud Solution - White Label or BuildJ.D. Bryant
The momentum continues to build in a technology-rich society where consumers are the drivers. Lifestyle standards are changing at an accelerating speed. Global businesses need to keep up with the pace to remain players in their industry. The personal cloud is predicted to replace PCs for the majority of consumer content storage needs. Only 7 percent of digital content was stored in the personal cloud in 2011 and expected to reach 36 percent as early as 2016. The choice to enter the consumer cloud space is to buy or build. A white label consumer cloud offer is an ideal solution for businesses to enter the cloud market with minimal financial risks. It is designed to increase market share opportunities and help with customer retention. If a company buys or builds, the fact remains that harnessing the cloud is a requirement in order to compete in times ahead.

Today, influence is determined by how high a social score you have. But that dilutes what true influence is, and places the attention on the wrong people.
By focusing on the customer and identifying who truly influencers their decisions at key times in the purchase life cycle, we can target better and gather lead generation, increase customer acquisition, and provide real ROI for influence marketing campaigns.
My closing keynote for the 2013 Social Capital Conference in Ottawa, Canada. The theme is the double standards of transparency in social media, and how we demand honesty from brands, yet we ourselves are not as honest as we'd like to think we are. It also looked at how faux expertise is clouding social media streams, and making it harder for transparent and authentic behaviour to stand out.
Blogging can be an effective marketing strategy if done for the right reasons and properly implemented. Statistics show 181 million worldwide bloggers with blogs generating more leads for businesses. For blogging to benefit a business, it should have clear goals around thought leadership, awareness, leads, or customer retention. A successful business blog requires research, a dedicated team, content calendar, and alignment with overall business strategy. It is important to measure results and blog consistently, rather than blogging just because competitors do or to boost SEO. Following best practices of leading blogs includes focusing on quality over quantity of posts.
Businesses still struggle to succeed in social media. This presentation offers ways to succeed in social media and be a business people want to buy from.
The document discusses the relationship between bloggers and PR professionals and provides suggestions for improving collaboration between the two groups. It acknowledges that while bloggers and PR pros sometimes have different goals and approaches, they both ultimately want successful partnerships built on understanding rather than dominance. The document recommends that both sides research each other better, understand each other's roles and goals more clearly, and communicate respectfully through targeted outreach rather than spam emails. Following these recommendations can help bloggers and PR professionals overcome common obstacles and work together more effectively.
The document lists 15 reasons why a business may be struggling or not reaching its full potential. These reasons include not updating the business plan often enough, only having one way to contact customers, using the same marketing message each week, not considering social media or smaller customers, and failing to properly measure or reinvest in the business. The document was created by Bonsai Interactive Marketing to highlight areas businesses should review to improve performance.
Lots of people stay away from social media, saying they don't understand it. In this presentation, we show you how to make easy comparisons to make social media less intimidating.
