To obtain a challenging, rewarding, and professionally stimulating managerial position in the food & beverage departments at a
valued property in the dynamic South Florida area. This position would allow me to utilize the knowledge I’ve acquired over
fourteen years in the hospitality industry, including six years of experience as Assistant Director of Stewarding operations at the
Sheraton Times Square Hotel, in the areas of labor management, productivity, P&L and Executing Banquet Events.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
 Scheduling and payroll submissions for over eighty employees
 Interpreting and carrying out BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) on a regular basis
 Productivity reporting and assessment
 Training and hiring of subordinates
 Inventory management, purchasing, and exceptional organizational skills
 Five years of experience as a line worker and a sensibility for labor management of unionized employees
 Familiarity and compliance with health code regulations and inspections

Securing and facilitating the acquisition, storage, sanitation, safety, accessibility, and placement of any and all culinary equipment
and utensils for banquets, outlets, and room service for the hotel, worked closely with banquets and outlets. Single-handily
scheduling all stewarding staff, as well as preparing and controlling payroll for processing in the department.
My time as a lineman provided me with invaluable insight as to the expectations and limitations of the bustling F&B and hospitality
industry.
